Because everyone’s needs and budgets are different, I identify what you want; estimate how many hours it may take to accomplish it; then draft an agreement. When you partner with us, there are never any surprises.
You can choose to work with us using a flat fee, an hourly fee and/or a percentage of purchases, whichever is most appropriate for your project. Our fees cover everything from project coordination and subcontractor scheduling to interior detailing and shopping for and ordering furnishings and fixtures. Use us as little or as much as you want and need.
Our goal is to not only make your home or commercial property esthetically pleasing but to ensure it is functional. We consider all the elements—scale, balance, lighting, space and budget—to ensure the outcome reflects your vision.
